Design Services
We offer design consultations and services for finishing materials (such as: countertops, tiles, doors, cabinets, etc.), furniture (selecting and arranging), and decor (selecting and arranging). With this service, Aloha Design Innovations prepares a package with the following: consultation meeting; detailed design slide depicting all selections, per room, and their install method, as well as any other pertinent information (measurements, lighting, blueprints, paint colors, etc); ADI also extends its member wholesale pricing for select material; project check-ins where ADI employees visit the jobsite periodically to see the progress and ensure everything is going well. Additional perks to be awarded at our discretion.
Pricing:
>Hope (Minimum) Package: $1000 (valued at $1250+, includes one free hour)
-Best for small projects like: guest bathroom remodel; new flooring project; furniture and decor; etc.
-One hour consultation ($250 non-refundable deposit required)
-Signed contract required- 50% deposit due at signing, remaining balance due upon completion of the package
-Four hours for selecting materials, creating slide, in-person meetings, etc.
-Periodic jobsite visits, conducted at our discretion
>Dream Package: $3500 (valued at $4000+, includes two free hours)
-Best for medium projects like: a kitchen and bath remodel; new kitchen; 3 small bathrooms; etc.
-One hour consultation ($250 non-refundable deposit required)
-Signed contract required- 50% deposit due at signing, remaining balance due upon completion of the package
-Fifteen hours for selecting materials, creating slide, in-person meetings, etc.
-One guaranteed jobsite visit every two weeks, not to exceed an hour, for the duration of the package
>Inspire Package: $6750 (valued at $7750+, includes four free hours)
-Best for large projects like whole house remodels; 4500 sq.ft. new construction; multi-property development projects, etc.
-One hour consultation ($250 non-refundable deposit required)
-Signed contract required- 50% deposit due at signing, remaining balance due upon completion of the package
-Thirty hours for selecting materials, creating slide, in-person meetings, etc.
-One guaranteed jobsite visit every week, not to exceed an hour, for the duration of the project
>Once package is selected, any additional hours used will be charged at an hourly rate of $250 to be due at time of use.
