3D Renderings

This package enables you to look at your selected materials altogether, as they would be installed, before any work has actually been done. Renderings help with any last minute indecision, second-guessing, etc. It makes for a great stress reliever, especially for particular or indecisive people (like me)!

Package Details:

3D rendering(s) of the room(s) you have chosen with all selected materials and their install method input, as well as any existing material/furniture for those who are blending some of the old with the new.

Pricing:

>Rendering Only: $225/hr (for those who would like ONLY the rendering, no other services)

   -Contract signing required before renderings are started

   -50% non-refundable down payment required before renderings are started

   -Remaining payment required before final rendering submission

>Rendering Add-On to Design or GC Service(s): $150/hr (for those who have already contracted Aloha Design Innovations for other services and would like to add renderings to their package)

   -Contract signing required before renderings are started

   -50% non-refundable down payment required before renderings are started

   -Remaining payment required before final rendering submission
