General Contractor (GC)

This package is for those who don't have access to a general contractor or his or her various trade pros. Aloha Design Innovations has access to numerous trade pros, including but not limited to: tile merchants and installers, plumbers, electricians, countertop merchants and fabricators, etc. With our GC services, you also get access to our company's trade pro pricing whenever applicable. Our GC services are especially convenient as we offer our complete guidance and project management in the renovation or new build process from the beginning to the end. We are here to help!

Pricing:

>$2.50/sf

-Includes full project management: scheduling, merchant bidding, material tracking, etc.

-Guarantees a minimum of three jobsite visits per week, more visits conducted at our discretion as needed

-Aloha Design Innovations acts as a go-between for any and all project related issues and communications
